I work hard to ensure your novel is proofread in a timely manner.

If you have a deadline, please specify, and I’ll do my best to meet it.

My typical time estimate (based on word count) is as follows:

3,000 words (approximately 12 pages) per day

This means a 25,000-word novel (approximately 100 pages) takes about 8 days.

A 50,000-word novel (approximately 200 pages) takes 16 days.

And so on . . .

While this estimate may be longer than some proofreaders, I don’t take on more than I can handle and then rush through the job. I take time to check thoroughly for errors and typos, often rereading as I proof.
